    They are looking for 2 Quality Analysts to join their team!

    Responsibilities:
    • Improve the service standards in call centres
    • Identify root cause of complaints and work with departments to improve a process
    • Perform audits on recorded calls and email exchanges
    • Prepare quizzes for customer service officers and analyse results to highlight area for improvements
    • Coach staffs on area of improvements, and share ideas with operation managements

    Job Requirements:
    • min Diploma/Degree
    • Experience working in a customer service/call centre environment
    • Strong communicative and presentation skills
    • Good analytical skills and ability to isolate issue
    • Assertive and firm when delivering feedbacks

    Other Info:
    • Salary: $2,400 to $2,800
    • Working hour: Office hours | Mon-Fri
    • Location: Somerset
