    Our client is a Leading Public Healthcare Sector who looking for Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - HRBP (HR Business Partner) with One Year Contract (Renewable or Convertible to Permanent) to join their team.
     
    Roles and Responsibilities
    • Deliver a full spectrum of HR services, in compliance with HR policies, audit requirements and legal obligations (e.g. Employment Act, CPF & IRAS regulations)
    • Consult with Line Management and provide daily HR guidance to performance management related matter, resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
    • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
    • Monitor and report on manpower and succession planning.
    • Analyse trends and metrics and seeks to provide HR solutions to the stakeholders.
    • Work effectively to align and achieve synergies in carrying out processes such as performance appraisal exercise, mass salary review and bonus exercises, recognition awards nominations, developmental award nominations, budget exercises.
    • Proactively identify gaps in the existing processes, propose and implement changes necessary to establish good HR practices.
    • Any other duties as assigned by your Reporting Officer.
    Requirements
    • Min Degree in HR Related field / Business Admin or equivalent.
    • Min 5-8 years relevant working experience as HR Business Partner.
    • Good knowledge of the law and regulations in relation to HR and employment and how to apply them within day-to-day work.
    • Comfortable working on numbers and statistical analysis, preparing proposal and present to internal/external stakeholders
    • Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and professional integrity.
    • Analytical and meticulous with an eye for detail.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills with the ability to analyse and present information in a clear, concise and coherent manner.
    • Reliable and flexible, with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
    • Takes initiative and is able to work independently while also being an effective team player
    • Able to coach/guide junior executives on day to day work
